Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £13 – £15 per hour (DOE)

We’re working in partnership with Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance Contractor, an ambitious and fast-growing provider of high-quality cleaning and grounds maintenance solutions, to recruit a Mobile Cleaner for their residential block management portfolio.
With a strong reputation for delivering reliable, responsive, and professional services, Zed Services supports managing agents and housing providers across London and they’re now looking for another dedicated cleaner to join their mobile team.

About the Role:
As a Mobile Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of communal areas in residential apartment blocks. This includes:
*
Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting hallways, lobbies, and stairwells
*
Cleaning lifts, entrances, and bin storage areas
*
Managing waste removal and reporting any site issues
*
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, in line with service agreements
*
Travelling between sites using a company-provided van
Who We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience in cleaning (ideally in residential or block management settings)
*
A full UK driving licence
*
A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated individual
*
Someone who takes real pride in their work and customer service
*
A good communicator, able to work independently and manage their own schedule
