Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team, this role is initially holiday cover, but it could open doors to some more long-term work. The location is near to Crystal Peaks, in Sheffield and it is predominately cleaning offices. The clean is jsut a couple of hours per day, with some level of flexibility.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas, all within an office setting.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained - these are held at the site.
* Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
Requirements
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
