Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
* Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from clutter.
* Handle waste disposal and recycling appropriately.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
* Drive to various locations as required to carry out cleaning duties.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
* A valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between sites.
* Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
* Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
