Location: Stanley, DH9 7RX
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Ensure waste bins are emptied and sanitized.
Report any maintenance issues or required repairs.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Ability to provide two written employment references covering at least 6 months.
Criminal convictions declaration.
NI number.
Identity checks.
Fit for work/medical clearances.
Nice to Have:
Previous cleaning experience.
Relevant qualifications or registrations.
DBS check.
Professional registration checks.
