Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including public restrooms, kitchens, walkways, and communal spaces.
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as necessary.
Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Assist in any additional cleaning tasks as required by management.Qualifications
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
A valid driver's licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites.
