Job Description
Straight Forward Recruitment is excited to partner with a highly respected fresh produce company in Easton, Norwich, to recruit Cleaning and Facility support operators for an ongoing, rewarding opportunity. This role offers you the chance to work in a state-of-the-art facility and contribute to the production of top-quality fresh produce in a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Opportunity to gain valuable training and development, including COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) training, ensuring you can perform your role to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a clean and hygienic environment across all areas of the facility, including production and processing areas.
Perform daily hygiene tasks, such as mopping floors, cleaning machinery, and tidying work areas to meet stringent food safety standards.
Empty bins, wash walls, and prepare production lines for processing.
Follow company hygiene protocols to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the facility.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in food factory cleaning or a similar environment is preferred, but not required.
A reliable, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Own transport is preferred due to the location and shift times.
Shift times:
18:00-02:00
