Job Description
Big Fish Little Fish is working with an excellent facilities company who are based in Doncaster. Our client has an excellent client portfolio of whom they service within a cleaning capacity, these are all businesses based local to Doncaster and the surrounding areas.
This role requires the successful candidate to lead from the front, they will have overall day to day responsibility for looking after 20 sites, 40 cleaning personnel who are all employed by our client.
Day day duties are as follows.
Managing the cleaning team, this includes looking at work-flow, doing the daily rota's of who needs to be where and when.
Speak with the clients, ensure they are happy and the cleans are being completed.
Go out and see the cleaning teams, ensure KPI's are being met, manage the team.
Liaise with the Area Clean managers who will support this person.
Regular 1-2-1's.
Various administration duties, so this person must be extremely IT Literate.
Look at growth and new opportunities, speak with new and existing clients.
Report in to the board.
This role is a full-time role, however there is no key office hours, it is up to the successful candidate to manage their work-load and time regarding to being office, site or home based.
The role comes with laptop, phone and tools to work remotely as well as office.
Our clients key clean times are when businesses are closed so first thing in a morning or last thing at night, so flexibility and being visual and available may require this person to work outside core office hours.
