Job Title: Cleaning Operations Manager Location: Beford Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) About the Cleaning Operations Manager Role: We are working with a leading cleaning services provider that is seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join their team. This is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing service delivery, operational efficiency, and contract compliance across multiple sites. As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring all cleaning services are delivered to a consistently high standard, while leading and supporting a team of Area Managers. Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager: * Oversee daily cleaning operations across a portfolio of sites. * Lead, support, and develop a team of Area Managers to drive high performance. * Monitor contract performance, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and meetings. * Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance in line with company policies. * Produce operational reports and manage budgets effectively. * Ensure Health & Safety standards and COSHH regulations are implemented and adhered to. * Respond swiftly and effectively to operational issues and client concerns. * Promote continuous improvement through audits, inspections, and client feedback. Operations Manager Requirements: * Proven experience in a similar operations or senior management role within the cleaning industry * Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. * Ability to effectively manage multi-site operations and prioritise workload. * Full UK driving licence is essential. * Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and COSHH regulations.
