Class 1 Personnel are looking for a Cleaner / Cleaning Operator
Location: Maple Court, Gloucester Road, Consett DH8
Industry: Property and Housing
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 2.5 hours per day, start time options:
Morning (9:00 AM or 10:00 AM start)
Midday (12:00-2:00 PM)
OR 5 hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Weekend:
Saturday + Sunday: 2 hours per day (9:00-11:00 AM), working on a rotating basis every second weekend
OR 4 hours on Sunday
About the Role:
Class 1 Personnel are seeking a Cleaning Operator to join the team and you will play an important role in keeping the site clean, safe, and welcoming for all residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out daily cleaning duties across communal and private areas.
Ensure hygiene, tidiness, and safety are maintained to good standards.
Follow all site health & safety requirements and cleaning schedules.
Requirements:
Previous Cleaning Operator experience is helpful but not essential.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliability, consistency, and attention to detail.
Local knowledge of Consett is an advantage.
