We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join a well-established team in the Alcester area. This is a full-time role with an immediate start available and a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate a team of cleaners to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to guarantee hygiene and safety standards are met.
Provide training and guidance to new cleaning staff on procedures, equipment, and health & safety protocols.
Manage staff schedules, timekeeping, and attendance.
Handle inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
Address and resolve client concerns or feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including COSHH.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
Enhanced DBS check (must be provided).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of work.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
