Cleaning Supervisor - Join Our Team!
Location: Wigan and travelling around local areas
Hours: Part time- flexible , may lead to more hours and perm role
Salary: starting at £14 ph plus fuel paid
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across [site type - e.g., office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, etc.]. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail, and be confident supervising others.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff on a daily basis
Inspect work areas to ensure cleaning standards are met
Train and support team members on cleaning procedures and health & safety practices
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs
Prepare staff rotas and ensure adequate cover for shifts
Communicate effectively with clients and management
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping supervisory role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Details
Can lead to perm
starting off as temp , part time , can pick up more hours as needed
you need to be able to drive as you will need to visit multiple sites each day
