Our client is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join their team in Sheffield on a temporary basis.

About the Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day cleaning operations and ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met. Your duties will include:

Supervising, motivating, and supporting a team of cleaning staff
Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Carrying out regular quality checks and site inspections
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations
Training and inducting new members of staff
Managing rotas, workloads, and addressing any issues promptly

About You

The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and hands‑on, with a strong eye for detail. You will have:

Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities
A commitment to high cleanliness and hygiene standards
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid Enhanced DBS certificate
Registration on the DBS Update Service (essential)
