📍 Location: Norwich, NR1 3NS
 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 8:30am (17.5 hours per week)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations during the early morning shift at a prestigious client site in Norwich. This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained while supporting and managing a team of cleaning operatives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the cleaning team during each shift.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff attendance and performance.
Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard and in line with site requirements.
Conduct routine quality inspections and address any issues promptly.
Report cleaning, maintenance, stock, health and safety concerns to the Site Manager.
Maintain compliance with company policies, COSHH regulations, and health & safety procedures.
Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored safely.
Complete relevant documentation, reports, and checklists.
Provide training, guidance, and support to cleaning operatives where required.
Deliver clear handovers and operational updates to the daytime supervisory team.

Requirements

Previous cleaning supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Reliable, flexible, and punctual.
Knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH, and health & safety procedures.
Right to work in the UK.
