We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Cleaning Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Cleaning Supervisor, will be responsible for:

Managing a cleaning team across a range of clients, including recruitment, development, and performance management of staff.
*
Ensuring delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning in line with the Service Level Agreement and Cleaning Specification.
*
Providing technical training to ensure staff follow task schedules and correct Health & Safety procedures.
*
Distributing uniforms, monitoring cleanliness standards, and managing the use and ordering of cleaning materials and stock.
*
Handling issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to the line manager when appropriate.
*
Maintaining regular contact with the Facilities Manager and conducting monthly audit inspections with the client in line with contract KPIs.
*
Undertaking weekly cleaning and safety inspections and attending monthly meetings to build rapport with the on-site client.
*
Recognising opportunities to quote for additional ad-hoc work and passing relevant information to the line manager for quotation.
*
Completing essential weekly documentation such as task sheets and custody sign-off sheets in line with policy.
*
Ensuring Health & Safety and compliance procedures are adhered to in alignment with the QHSE Team and client expectations.
*
Taking ownership of Health & Safety for yourself and others, reviewing the H&S manual, maintaining the electrical maintenance register, and ensuring proper use of the accident reporting process.
To be successful for this Cleaning Supervisor role you must have:

A full UK driving licence.
*
Previous supervisory and cleaning experience, or be ready to step into a supervisory role.
*
Strong communication skills and a professional, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
*
The ability to work independently, follow schedules, and maintain high service standards.
*
A clear understanding of Health & Safety regulations and compliance responsibilities.
*
Confidence in liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
*
