Quality Assurance: Monitor cleaning and portering services against established standards, ensuring all areas are resourced appropriately and daily schedules are met.
Customer Focus: Develop a customer-focused team, addressing complaints promptly and sharing positive feedback with ward teams.
Safety First: Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations, maintaining documentation and reporting any incidents correctly.
Performance Management: Conduct annual performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training for staff to uphold service standards.What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills to develop good lines of communication within the team and with customers.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage operational issues as they arise.
Experience in a supervisory role, particularly in a public service or healthcare environment is advantageous.
