Warehouse Cleaner Supervisor (with Production Support)
📍 Location: Bristol BS10
🕚 Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
💰 Pay: £14 per hour
We're looking for a hands-on and motivated Warehouse Cleaner Supervisor to join our team in Bristol. This is a dual-role position combining cleaning supervision with light production support-perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily cleaning operations across the warehouse
Maintain cleanliness in production areas, communal spaces, and storage zones
Monitor cleaning supplies and manage stock levels
Support light production duties (e.g. packing, sorting, basic assembly)
Train and support cleaning staff, promoting high performance and morale
✅ What We're Looking For:
Experience in a cleaning supervisory role (warehouse or industrial preferred)
Comfortable with light production tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of health and safety standards
