Job Description
Role: Team Lead – Site Support
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Rate: £13.50 per hour

Main Duties:
Coordinate day-to-day site support duties in line with internal guidelines and agreed targets.
Use handheld tech to manage assigned tasks and job requests.
Oversee team availability, ensuring coverage and managing planned time off.
Maintain supply levels for key materials and submit restock requests as needed.
Record and report working hours and any unplanned absences.
Support with training and knowledge sharing following industry-recognized standards.
Lead regular on-site briefings and ensure team alignment with company expectations.
Liaise with line management on any operational concerns.
Encourage a positive working relationship with on-site partners and contacts.Ideal Background:
Previous experience in a team lead or coordination role, preferably in a hands-on support environment.
Understanding of workplace safety and chemical handling is helpful.
