Hours: Panama shift pattern (days and nights) - 6AM to 6PM/6PM to 6AM
Mon, Tue, Fri and Sat / Sun, Wed,Thu

About the Role
Industrious is currently recruiting for Cleanroom Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing site. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced production environment.
As a Cleanroom Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely, following strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
*
Operate packaging machinery such as Flowraps and Multivacs (or similar thermoforming equipment).
*
Run multiple production lines, achieving targets for waste, downtime, and efficiency.
*
Complete product changeovers accurately to minimize disruption.
*
Perform regular quality checks and complete all necessary production documentation.
*
Identify and report any issues related to product quality, safety, or performance.
*
Maintain excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards within the cleanroom.
*
Follow all Health & Safety and food safety requirements at all times.
*
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
*
Support continuous improvement initiatives across production areas.
About You
*
Previous experience operating Multivac, Flowrap, or similar machinery is highly desirable.
*
Strong teamwork and communication skills (spoken and written English).
*
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
*
Willingness to work rotating shifts (days and nights).
*
Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality control standards.
Desirable:
*
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
*
Manual Handling training
*
Basic understanding of HACCP principles
