About the company:
Are you an experienced SIPP or SSAS Administrator looking to take your career to the next level? Alexander Lloyd is partnered with a Pensions Administration Specialist who are expanding, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing organisation.
About the role:
As a Client Account Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of a team to administer a portfolio of SIPP & SSAS schemes. This will involve full cradle to grave administration of schemes or specialisation in one or more functions, including but not limited to: new business, property and investment transactions, bank reconciliation, regulatory.
Key responsibilities:
Providing full cradle to grave administration including retirements, bereavements, transfers, divorces etc.
Ensuring accurate record-keeping all of transaction, contributions, withdrawals.
Managing pension fund bank accounts and reconciling balances.
Liaising and dealing with client queries via telephone and email.
Skills and experience required:
Previous / current experience in SIPP and / or SSAS Pensions Administration
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and account management skills
Self-motivated but also a team player
Experience using ONMI system would be beneficial but not essentialBenefits:
Salary up to £32k DOE
25 days holiday + bank holidays (increases to a total of 30 days with continued service)
