About the Role

We are looking for an organised and commercially minded Account Manager to join a growing team in Epsom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing strong client relationships, supporting account performance, and identifying opportunities for continued growth.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking ownership of their accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Manage a portfolio of accounts and act as a key point of contact

  * 

    Build and maintain positive, professional client relationships

  * 

    Support new clients through the initial stages of working with the business

  * 

    Hold regular client meetings and calls to understand requirements and priorities

  * 

    Monitor account activity and performance

  * 

    Identify opportunities to improve client experience and account performance

  * 

    Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts and introduce additional services

  * 

    Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are delivered effectively

  * 

    Keep client information and records accurate and up to date

  * 

    Coordinate the resolution of client queries and issues

  * 

    Manage escalations professionally and work towards effective solutions

  * 

    Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams

  * 

    Track relevant performance information and provide regular updates

  * 

    Contribute to the development and improvement of account management processes

  * 

    Provide feedback and insights to management

  * 

    Take ownership of tasks and ensure actions are followed through to completion

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  * 

    At least 1 year's experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Client Services, or a similar role

  * 

    Experience managing multiple clients or accounts

  * 

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  * 

    A commercial and proactive approach

  * 

    Experience identifying opportunities within existing accounts

  * 

    Good organisational and prioritisation skills

  * 

    Confidence using CRM systems and other business software

  * 

    The ability to handle challenging conversations professionally

  * 

    Strong attention to detail

  * 

    A positive, solutions-focused approach
