Client Confirmation Assistant
Pay: £12.21/hour
Job Location: Solihull
Job type: Temporary Contract, 2-3 months (with potential extension)
UK Staffing Group are currently working with a leading provider of sales training events and online courses. They are looking for someone to join them on a temporary basis, to support their sales team by confirming client’s attendance to their events and courses.
Job Responsibilities:
· Speaking with existing clients to confirm their attendance
· Verifying details such as date, time, location etc.
· Providing courteous and professional customer service
· Maintain and updating accurate customer records
· Supporting scheduling and administrative processes as needed
Job Requirements:
· Prior experience in telephone-based customer service
· Great verbal communication and active listening skills
· A strong work-ethic and the ability to manage a high-volume of tasks
· Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently under minimal supervision
· Driving License and Personal Vehicle due to Office location
