Expleo is looking for a Client Experience Advisor to join our dynamic team and be the voice of modern luxury for our clients. Expleo is recruiting a Client Experience Advisor to support our customer. This role is based in Warwickshire and offered on a 12-month initial contract. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for UK product owners, resolving queries with empathy and efficiency. Communicate across multiple channels: phone, chat, social media, and email. Build strong relationships with clients and retail teams. Handle complaints with professionalism and care. Champion data protection and maintain high data quality. Collaborate across departments to enhance the client experience. Make financially empowered decisions to support client satisfaction. Act as a brand ambassador, delivering modern luxury service.Skills Required: A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Experience in client-facing roles from industries like retail, hospitality, travel, entertainment, or automotive. Resilient, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple client systems. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Experience handling high volumes of client queries. Desirable: Experience with goodwill processes and decision communication.Desirable Experience in roles involving goodwill processes, including reviewing and communicating goodwill decisions to clients. Hybrid Working: The role follows a hybrid working model after an initial induction and settling-in period. During the first 3-4 weeks of training (and any additional time as determined by the business), employees are required to be on-site 5 days a week at the Whitley site. Once training is complete and the business is confident in the employee's readiness (subject to trainer/Team Leader sign-off), the hybrid model will apply: 2 days office-based, typically Tuesday and Wednesday.
