Client IFA Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a highly regarded Independent Financial Advisory firm renowned for its professional, client-focused approach to wealth planning.

The business combines the personal, close-knit culture of a boutique firm with the resources, stability and infrastructure of an established wealth planning organisation.

This role would be ideal for an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys working closely with Advisers and Paraplanners, takes pride in delivering a high level of client service, and wants to become a valued member of a collaborative and supportive team.

The Role

You’ll work closely with one of the firm’s most experienced Advisers, alongside another IFA Administrator, supporting an established and valued client portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

  * Providing dedicated administrative support to the Adviser and their established client bank

  * Preparing comprehensive client meeting packs, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and up to date

  * Processing new business applications and liaising with providers to obtain progress updates and relevant information

  * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems

  * Working closely with Paraplanners and providing technical administration support throughout the advice process

  * Supporting the annual review process, including preparing review packs and managing follow-up communications

  * Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing a professional, responsive and seamless client experience

  * Working collaboratively with Advisers, Paraplanners and the wider administration team to ensure the smooth delivery of client work

About You

We’re looking for an experienced IFA Administrator with at least 18 months’ experience within an IFA or financial planning environment.

You’ll be organised, detail-focused and confident working with Advisers, Paraplanners, clients and product providers. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy being part of a team and take pride in delivering a high-quality service.
