Legal Client Liaison
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
 £13 per hour 
Northampton- Grange Park
Temporary – Permanent
ASAP Start

Our well-established legal client is looking for a Client Liaison to join their team and act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients. This is a client-focused role suited to someone who is confident on the phone, highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

 The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clients first interaction with the business from the initial enquiry, ensuring clients receive clear information and a professional service from their first interaction. This is a great opportunity not only for thsoe with great experince in solicitors firms but also junior candidates who are looking for their first stepping stone into a law firm. 

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients, handling incoming calls and initial enquiries.
Confidently speak with clients to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.
Set up new clients on the internal system, ensuring all information is recorded accurately.
Talk clients through the necessary information and registration process.
Prepare and send client care documentation in a timely manner.
Follow up with clients to ensure they have received the required information and answer any questions.
Liaise with the wider team regarding client requirements and next steps.
Arrange and book client appointments where required.
Follow up on initial enquiries and leads to maximise conversion.
Maintain accurate client records and complete general administrative duties.
Manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
Ensure all processes are followed in line with relevant legal regulations and company procedures. 

 Ideal Candidate:

 We are looking for a professional, confident and organised individual with a strong telephone manner and excellent client-facing skills.

Previous legal, customer service, sales or recruitment experience is desirable.
Law degree or legal experience would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Strong administration and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Professional approach with an understanding of legal regulations.
