Client Payroll Manager – 12-Month FTC
Location: Office-based (full-time) (Dudley)
System: Sage experience essential
We’re working with a well-established, fast-paced business that’s looking for an experienced Client Payroll Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on role managing a portfolio of clients, so you’ll need to be confident running end-to-end payrolls, juggling deadlines, and keeping clients happy — all while navigating Sage with ease.
What you’ll be doing:
Running multiple client payrolls (weekly/monthly) with accuracy and care
Acting as the main point of contact for clients — building trust and delivering great service
Processing starters, leavers, pensions, bonuses, deductions, and all the bits in between
Ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are met, no surprises!
What we’re looking for:
A confident payroll professional with solid client payroll experience
You’ve worked with Sage and can hit the ground running
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
Happy working from the office and collaborating closely with the wider team
