Key Highlights:

  * Be the main contact for publishing clients, managing relationships and resolving queries

  * Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth account operations (metadata, sales reporting, stock)

  * Lead client meetings and support strategic growth opportunities

  * Collaborate on marketing campaigns and digital promotions

  * Play a key role in improving processes and enhancing client services

What We’re Looking For:

  * 1–2 years’ experience in publishing or a related field

  * Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

  * Confident using Microsoft Office (and tools like Canva)

  * Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset
