Client Relationship Coordinator Our client We have partnered with an exceptional Manufacturing business that has had its best year yet due to securing major contracts, making it an exciting time to join the team. Salary: £30k + £1.4k yearly bonus Hours: 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday, fully office based Job description * Processing orders in accordance with SLA's and working together as a team. * Uploading all client information with excellent efficiency and responding promptly to all queries. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with external clients and key national accounts, including managing interactions with strong personalities with professionalism and confidence. * Supporting customers with any order questions, including logistics plans. * Fulfilling orders using SAP and sending out client information accurately and on time. * Supporting national accounts and providing timely updates as required. * Ensuring that all administration tasks are completed to high standards to meet audit guidelines. * Managing all shipping information accurately and working alongside internal teams to ensure details are uploaded correctly. Key skills * Good IT skills, ideally with experience using SAP. * Team player – ability to collaborate effectively and work towards team goals. * Attention to detail – accuracy is key in processing orders and handling client information. * Organised & multi-tasking – ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to work under pressure – handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently. * Excellent communication skills – able to interact professionally and clearly with internal teams and external clients, including handling strong personalities confidently.
