Job Description:
Central Recruitment is a recruitment agency hiring on behalf of a client in Blackburn.
Job Title: Client Services Administrator
Location: Blackburn
Reports to: Senior Client Services Manager
Job Purpose: To control the everyday tasks needed to ensure the efficient running of the business unit as a whole. To communicate and be an effective part of the specific team.
Personality: A dynamic individual, taking responsibility for dealing with client administration and customer queries and does so with a fantastic 'can do' attitude. An intelligent, trustworthy and reliable individual who can work under pressure both internally and externally in support of daily business aims.
Key Challenges:
* Support of the business unit
* Ensure all issues are resolved correctly and within agreed timescales
* Manage and organise daily duties
Key Responsibilities:
* Client facing
* Treat each customer with a personalised approach
* Ensure procedures are followed
* Deal with queries effectively and efficiently, escalating where appropriate
* Communicates with Client Services Manager over any issues
* To communicate interdependently internally to manage stock holding, quality control and stock queries
* Support CSM daily duties
* Deliver ad hoc report requests
* Manage client specific exceptional processes
* Maintain a safe working environment, observing health and safety procedures at all times.
* Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from hazards and waste at all times
* Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers
Critical Skills:
* High level of interpersonal skills (must be an excellent communicator)
* Possesses exceptional organisational abilities (multi-task handling and prioritising being key)
* Keyboard skills
* High energy level and a results driven approach
* Ability to use business systems to conduct duties
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
