We are currently recruiting for a professional and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join a busy office-based team in Dundee. This role involves handling confidential enquiries, managing case documentation, and providing accurate information to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach
Manage case files including documentation, system updates, and background research
Provide timely and accurate information to clients and internal teams
Coordinate follow-up actions and maintain detailed records
Support general administrative tasks and contribute to a collaborative team environmentCandidate Requirements:
Proven experience in administration and customer service
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems
