Description
Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Provide tailored solutions to meet client-specific needs within the financial services sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications in relevant systems.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve client service processes and contribute to best practices.
Support onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
Communicate complex financial information clearly and professionally to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed support to clients.Profile
A successful Client Services Associate - French Speaking should have:
Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Must have RTW for the UK as the company does not offer sponsorship, or post study VISA sponsorship
Experience in client-facing roles, within financial services or banking, or Fin Tech
Knowledge of OTC Derivs product from study or work experience
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software to manage client interactions.
Knowledge of financial products and services is desirable but not essential.
An ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
A positive and proactive attitude towards client service excellence.Job Offer
