As a Successful Candidate you will have these responsibilities:
Providing technical support to the team
Use initiative to locate answers
Manage and resolve technical queries
Liase with clients to provide help and give information
Show willingness to increase knowledge of all areas of financial services
Deal with meeting preparation
Complete and check fund transfers
Balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner
Answer the phone and respond to emails when required
Work well autonomously, remotely and within a team on electronic systems
Keep up with business submissions
Personally manage workflow
What experience and makes a perfect Client Services Representative?
Precise attention to detail
Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
Well-mannered and effective communication skills
Skilled in developing long-term partnerships
Experienced in relationship-led service delivery
Exceptional stakeholder management
Confidential when handling sensitive information
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and to manage workflow
Experience within financial services or customer/client facing roles
Responsive and timely in all client interactions
Proven ability to represent a brand with professionalism
