Job Title: Client Specialist
Location: Redditch
Salary: £25,500
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm
Company Benefits: 20 plus bank holidays, rising after 5 years service
We are looking for a resilient and results-driven Client Specialist to join our rapidly growing client. You’ll benefit from outstanding training, within a rewarding working environment.
This role requires someone who’s confident under pressure, skilled at handling objections, and capable of navigating challenging conversations with professionalism and persistence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Send follow-up communications via email, text, and letter in line with agreed processes with clients
* Handle objections effectively, professional throughout call
* Resolve queries and secure payments in a constructive manner
* Document all interactions accurately on internal systems
* Meet daily and weekly performance targets, including recovery rates and response times
Experience We Are looking for:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
* A resilient, confident personality with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
* High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
