Clinical Deputy Manager – Nursing Home – Blyth Salary: £22.00 – £24.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, permanent A well-established and highly regarded 40+ bedded nursing home in Blyth is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join its dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and clinically strong nurse leader to take on a key management role within a supportive and forward-thinking care environment. The Home: Located in the coastal town of Blyth, this purpose-built nursing home is recognised for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults, including those living with dementia and complex needs. With a strong reputation in the local area, the home is part of a respected care provider that prioritises resident well-being, staff development, and continuous improvement. The Role: The Clinical Deputy Manager will support the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance are consistently upheld. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, mentor and support staff, and deputise in the Home Manager’s absence.
