Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager
Firth Park
£21 per hour
I currently have an exciting opportunity for a staff nurse to work with a well-established, highly regarded care provider within their nursing home in Sheffield. The Home offers bespoke care to up to 70 residents, with luxury facilities and meaningful activities, they pride themselves on their high quality, round the clock care.
Your job will be to support the Home Manager with the general running of the home; implementation of policies and business procedures, preparing the staff Rota, monitoring standards of care, etc.

Requirements:
At least NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Highly motivated with strong leadership skills
Experience in working with people with dementia
Strong written and verbal communication skills
At least 2 years experience as a Deputy Manager or Care Team Leader
