Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and specialist nursing support to colleagues.

• Ensure care delivery meets regulatory, legal, and professional requirements.
About You
• Valid NMC PIN with a nursing background in a care home setting.
• Experience of person-centred care planning and clinical leadership.
• Knowledge of National Standards and the NMC Code of Practice.
