Role: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: East Kilbride
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
Are you an experienced clinical leader with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care? We're looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-respected nursing home in East Kilbride, supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service and leading the clinical team to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical governance and medication management
Support with staff training, supervision and development
Work closely with the Home Manager on audits, compliance and inspections
Lead shifts and support with rota management
Ensure personalised care plans are up-to-date and reflective of individual needs
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
About You:
NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
Previous experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role
Strong knowledge of current CQC (Care Inspectorate) and healthcare standards
Excellent communication, mentoring and organisational skills
Confident in leading shifts and supporting a multidisciplinary team
