This Clinical Deputy Manager post is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse who enjoys leading quality focused services that have meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Here you’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day to day running for a nursing home for adults with learning and physical disabilities/complex healthcare needs. This is a charity-run service with a strong ethos of person-centred care and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the overall management and day-to-day running of the home
* Maintain full compliance with relevant legislation and CQC requirements
* Provide leadership and direction to the staff team, ensuring ongoing development, supervision and support
* Work collaboratively across the wider organisation to enhance service delivery
* Complete audits in line with the governance calendar
* Manage staffing rotas and ensure care is delivered within budget

About You:
* You must be an RGN with a current NMC registration
* Experience in managing staff within a regulated care service, such as a nursing home, care home or supported living service, is essential. You may have worked as a Deputy Manager , Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, Unit Manager, Lead Nurse or similar before
* Experience of working with adults with learning or physical disabilities would be ideal, though not essential
* Ideally, you will hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards it
* A solid understanding of CQC regulations and social care legislation is important
* And importantly, you’ll be passionate about delivering person-centred services that make a real difference
