As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll have a variety of responsibilities, including:
Ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and legal requirements.
Providing specialist nursing support and advice.
Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
Upholding safeguarding responsibilities and attending relevant training.
Managing time effectively and maintaining accurate records.
