Clinical Deputy Manager – Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey
Salary: £59,482.50 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent | Hours: 40 per week (including alternate weekends)

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role—supporting the Home Manager, mentoring staff, and ensuring residents receive person-centred, compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You’ll have the clinical expertise to guide your team, the communication skills to build trust with residents and families, and the confidence to uphold the highest care standards.
