Clinical Governance Manager
£50,000–£55,000 | Hybrid | West Bromwich
Are you a healthcare professional with a passion for clinical governance and patient safety? We’re hiring a Clinical Governance Manager to lead on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across integrated urgent and primary care services.

The Offer:
* £50,000–£55,000 per annum
* Full-time | Permanent | 37.5 hours (Mon–Fri)
* Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home (some flexibility available)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead incident reporting, risk management, complaints, and audits
* Oversee serious incident investigations (aligned to PSIRF)
* Drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance (CQC, NHS England, NICE)
* Chair governance committees and support ISO 9001 standards
* Mentor and manage governance facilitators
* Deliver safety reports to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Pharmacist or AHP
* Experience working in governance/compliance
* Confident handling investigations, audits, and stakeholder engagement
* Strong knowledge of CQC, PSIRF, Datix & quality frameworks
* Degree-level education (or equivalent)
* Chartered Governance Institute membership a bonus
