Clinical Home Manager – Make a Real Difference Every Day
📍 Birmingham/Worcestershire
💷 Starting Salary: £50,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme (up to £20,500/year)
🕗 37.5 hours per week | Flexible start time | On-call weekend duty (rota basis)

You’ll work closely with our General Manager and lead nurse, supported by an admin assistant and a full office team, helping to shape an environment of excellence, empathy and professionalism.
🧡 What You’ll Be Doing

Morning handovers with the night team
*
Staff management including rotas and allocation
*
Overseeing and updating care plans and risk assessments
*
Managing new admissions
*
Liaising with external professionals and agencies
*
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Home
👤 Who We’re Looking For

An experienced Home Manager with a background in care homes or a similar setting
*
A qualified RGN/RMN with current NMC registration
*
A confident and compassionate leader who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment
*
Someone who understands the value of teamwork and brings out the best in others
