Job Title: Clinical Lead
Reports to: Registered Manager / Director of Care Quality & Clinical Governance
Location: Community-based (Homecare Packages & Supported Living Schemes)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Regulated Activity: Personal Care / Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (where applicable)
Job Purpose
The Clinical Lead is responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of clinical care across all homecare and supported living services. This role oversees clinical governance, supports risk management, ensures compliance with CQC standards, and provides expert clinical leadership to staff delivering care to adults and/or children with complex needs.
The Clinical Lead will champion best practice, lead on competency assessments, oversee care planning, and act as the clinical point of escalation for service users, families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams.

* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Flexibility to work on-call rota if required
* Ability to travel between service locations
