This role is based in a luxurious care home that provides top-notch residential, dementia, and nursing care for older people. This comes with a salary of £59,642 per year (£28.67 per hour) and other amazing benefits!

The Clinical Lead will:
Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight for the Nursing and Care teams.
Support the Home Manager with clinical operations, including resident assessments and stakeholder liaison.
Lead and participate in clinical review meetings and residents'/relatives’ meetings.
Deliver training, mentoring, and supervision to staff, ensuring high standards of care.
Oversee medication management, care plans, and risk assessments.
Support rota planning and participate in the on-call rota as needed.
Investigate incidents and address complaints to promote safe care.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team for compliance and improvement.

The ideal Clinical Lead candidate will:
Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and post-registration experience.
Have experience in managing or mentoring within a care home environment.
Possess strong people management skills.
Be a confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Have a committed and organised approach.
