The Clinical Lead will have a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch clinical practice:
Lead and support the Clinical and Care teams, upholding the company's values.
Provide leadership, support, and supervision for clinical and care staff.
Conduct on-call duties as required by the home.
Develop and deliver training modules and workshops.
Offer feedback on staff improvement areas.
Support the Home Manager with clinical aspects, including resident assessments.
Lead team and clinical review meetings.
Maintain effective and safe clinical practices with the Home Manager and QA teams.

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Lead position will have:
Registered Nurse status with a valid NMC Pin and post-registration experience.
Experience in managing or mentoring within a care setting.
Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, staff nurse, or registered nurse in a Care Home.
Strong people management skills.
A committed and organised approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
