Are you an experienced Clinical Lead looking for a rewarding role in a charitable care home setting? Our client, a highly respected care home in Pinner rated 'Good' by the CQC, is seeking a Clinical Lead to join their team. As a Clinical Lead, you will:
Lead and manage the clinical care team.
Provide hands-on leadership and support staff development.
Conduct assessments, audits, and care planning.
Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards.
Offer clinical leadership across both day and night shifts.
