The role of Clinical Lead Nurse is mainly Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to work occasional weekends.

As a Clinical Lead, you will:
Uphold the values of the care home and lead the Clinical and Care teams.
Provide leadership, support, and supervision for clinical and care staff.
Conduct on-call duties as required by the home.
Develop and deliver training modules to improve care delivery.
Provide feedback to the Home Manager on staff performance.
Support the Home Manager with clinical aspects, including assessments and liaising with stakeholders.
Lead team and clinical review meetings.
Ensure effective and safe clinical practice with the Home Manager and QA teams.Package and Benefits:

Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and nursing home experience in a senior role
Have experience in managing or mentoring staff.
Have worked as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy or Manager within a Care Home.
Possess people management experience.
