Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a dedicated staff team at a well-respected nursing home in Cardiff.
As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for the leadership and supervision of the nurse and care team, ensuring high-quality resident care, adherence to best practices, ensuring clinical excellence and overseeing staff support and development.
