Clinical Lead – Full Time

Responsibilities
* Lead nursing and specialist care teams
* Ensure high-quality, compassionate care in line with NMC & CQC standards
* Conduct assessments, manage care plans, and liaise with MDT, residents & families
* Lead audits, clinical investigations, and compliance activities
* Support staff development and supervision
* Attend clinical meetings and promote cross-home collaboration
* Take charge during emergencies and in manager absence
* Promote a positive, professional team culture
Requirements
* Current NMC registration
* Care home nursing experience
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based care
* Professional, proactive, and compassionate approach
