Clinical Lead – Nursing Home
Location: Halstead, Essex
Salary: £28 per hour (with paid breaks)
Hours: 40 hours per week - (made up of 2x12 hour shift and 2x8 hour shift)
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead to join a well-established nursing home in Halstead, supporting elderly residents with a range of care needs.
About the Role:
As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the clinical team, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered. You will work closely with the Home Manager to support staff development, maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, and promote a person-centred approach across the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams
* Ensure care plans are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to individual needs
* Monitor medication administration and clinical practices
* Support audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
* Proven experience in a senior nursing or supervisory role within a care home
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for elderly care
