📍 Shildon | £22/hr (Paid Breaks)
🕒 37.5 Hours per Week
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN to join a well-regarded nursing home in Shildon as a Clinical Lead / Unit Manager.
🏡 About the Home:

55-bed, modern purpose-built care facility
*
Offers nursing, dementia, and respite care
*
Rated “Good” in all areas by CQC
*
Two distinct nursing/dementia units plus separate residential wings
👩⚕️ Your Role:
*
Lead a unit of around 20 nursing residents
*
Oversee one nurse and a supportive care team
*
Ensure high-quality care delivery, compliance, and clinical leadership
💷 Salary & Benefits:

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN

Experience in venepuncture, catheter care, and inpatient nursing rounds
